What happens when my term ends?
We email you 30 days before the end of your term. You can renew for 1, 5 or 10 years at the price shown on our pricing page. Your sites keep running while you decide.
How do I pay?
All payments go through PayPal. You can pay from a PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card on the PayPal checkout page without creating an account. After payment we email your login details to the address you used at PayPal.
Can I really host 10 websites?
Yes. Every plan includes 10 websites and 20 GB of storage shared between them. Each website can have its own domain, email accounts and databases.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Point your domain’s nameservers to ours and add it in the control panel. Your domain stays registered wherever it is now.
Is bandwidth really unmetered?
We do not count or charge for traffic on normal websites. If one site uses so much of the server that it slows down other customers, we contact you before we change anything.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund the full hosting amount. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once the domain is registered.
Can I switch to a longer term later?
Yes. Move to a longer term at any time and we credit the unused part of your current term.
How do I get support?
Email support@actionswebhosting.com. Most requests get an answer within a few hours.
Technical questions.
Which control panel do you use?
CyberPanel. It includes a file manager, email accounts, databases with phpMyAdmin, SSL, DNS and one-click app installs.
Which PHP versions do you support?
PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3. You choose the version for each website in the control panel.
Which web server do you use?
LiteSpeed. It reads your .htaccess files like Apache does and includes built-in page caching for WordPress.
How do backups work?
We back up every account each day and keep the last 7 days. Ask us to restore a day, or download a copy yourself from the control panel.
How many email accounts do I get?
Up to 50 per website. Use webmail in your browser, or connect any mail app with IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
Do you have SSH access?
Yes, on request. Email support with your domain name and we enable it for your account.
